No idea but some TSPs (even those that only support a single line/first party view) may support private extensions to let you see a snapshot of activity on other lines (like queues.) However, only their docs would tell you that. BTW, by queued calls do you mean multiple calls offering on your station line? If so then you should see just that from TAPI, that is multiple calls in a LINECALLSTATE_OFFERING state. -- Grant Schenck 'David Perkns' wrote in message news:42e60db5$0$11898$da0feed9@news.zen.co.uk. Alcatel sometimes refers to the TSP as 'SPI for Microsoft TAPI server'. The TSP should be supplied with the switch; I don't know how to obtain it otherwise, although you might find it 'lying around' on a download link.
A lot of TSPs are, if you browse around various web sites. It's worth noting that your switch may need a serial number upgrade, to enable the CTI interface on the switch. Without CTI permissions enabled on the telephone system, the TSP won't work.
Purely FYI, the Alcatel TSP uses CSTA to communicate with the OmniPCX Office. If you have CSTA expertise, you might prefer to do things that way, TAPI being what it is! Hope this helps TapiChap 'David Perkns' wrote in message news:42e60db5$0$11898$da0feed9@news.zen.co.uk.
